It would be safer to use post-it notes for passwords than to trust your login account information to 1Password. I was a long time subscriber to 1Password until one day when my password stopped working and I could not log in. I had not changed my password. Their password recovery options at 1) ask a family member to log in and change your password, or 2) if you happen to be logged in on another computer, just reset your password. The "Emergency Recovery Kit" that they have you save when first subscribing does not thing to help. Support is limited to a Chat Bot who will open a support case for you, but no one will contact you.
