Avoid this company at all cost
The airline cancelled my flight however because I booked through Traveloka, Traveloka seems to be holding onto the money and said they are still awaiting approval from the airline. But the airline said they had issued the refund for the cancellation. Traveloka has very bad customer service who just give standard copy and paste answers. Avoid this company. In another case, they took my money and did not issue tickets but when I contacted the airline the airline said Traveloka did not even have a booking with them with the confirmation number I gave. So who's lying?
