purchased this watch as a gift to myself after working hard, so I was really excited to receiving it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the quality did not meet my expectations. The bracelet was too small, and the watch itself was too large for my wrist, which was disappointing. The most frustrating part of the experience has been the delay in customer service—I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to hear back regarding a return or exchange, which made the process stressful. While Molly has since been helpful and is willing to assist me through the process, I am still currently waiting to send my watch back for an exchange for a new one or a refund I appreciate the support I’ve received so far, but overall, the experience could have been much smoother.
