Incorrect product delivered
I am writing to formally complain about an incorrect order I received. My order is KF-ORDER-0-821712 I ordered the Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod 70"/1.7m Max Height Lightweight Tripod 15kg/33.07lbs Load for DSLR Cameras A254C4+BH-35L (old model SA254C2) (SKU: KF09.098). However, the product delivered does not match my order. Instead of the BH-35L head, I received a BH-36L (see attached photo). Additionally, the tripod itself differs in appearance from the product shown on your website (see attached screenshot). This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your product listing. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please clarify how you intend to proceed. I request either: an immediate replacement with the correct product as ordered, or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please respond within a reasonable timeframe with clear instructions on the next steps. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further.
