Poor service from Redbus and Skybus
Booked a 5am bus to Klia2 from the Redbus app for SkyBus. Reached the station at 4.30am and was waiting infront of the SkyBus thinking it would depart at 5am as scheduled. Aerobus departed at 5am but SkyBus was still there without a driver. At 5.20am I asked the man with a ponytail at the counter why hasnt the bus left yet,he said it already has. I told him i've been waiting here since 4.30am,no SkyBus left. Then he points to a small sign on the counter that says all bus operators combine their services(which means I was supposed to get on the Aerobus). I asked if I could get on the 5.30am bus since I already paid for a ticket and nothing was mentioned beforehand on the Redbus app about this arrangement,he said cant,have to book again or request a refund online. The ticket person from the bus station didnt care to even ask me if I was here for the 5am bus when he saw me earlier,knowing I was waiting right infront of the SkyBus. Almost missed my flight because of this. Really poor and disappointing service from both RedBus and SkyBus.
