I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option!! I placed 2 orders for the same phone; the first was placed on 06/16/2026, then cancelled... then I placed a second order on 06/18/2026, which was also cancelled. I received email confirmations and order numbers for each order... but no follow-up emails to let me know there was an issue with either. I only found out the orders were cancelled when the first tracking number showed the printing label had been cancelled, and then when the second order was delivered after a week. Terrible order processing... terrible communication... EXTREMELY disappointing!!!
