Not the Reliable Free Hosting It Claims to Be
My experience with Zenix has not been positive. For a service that advertises itself as reliable free hosting, I found reliability and communication to be lacking. Server downtime and service issues were not handled in a way that inspired confidence, and interactions with staff often felt unprofessional. One of my biggest concerns is how criticism is handled. Negative feedback appears to be met with defensiveness rather than a genuine effort to understand and address user concerns. Transparency and professionalism are important qualities for any hosting provider, and in my experience, those areas need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zenix to users looking for reliable free hosting or a professionally managed service.
