Keyboard suffered hardware failure at 18 months under a 2-year warranty. Customer service admits the internal PCBA is broken, but refuses to send a replacement unit or accept a return. They are forcing me to dismantle a complex magnetic keyboard myself using a video for a completely different model, which would void my warranty under their own terms.
Bought the "flagship" mouse called the ATK Ghost Extreme. It had tracking issues and would constantly pixel skip causing me to not be able to use it for general use, let alone for gaming. Went to the customer support, showed them in game and just in windows of how the tracking issue is, they have failed to send an exchange or provide a refund. They want me to ship it back with my own money for a "chance" to even get a refund for my mouse. They will not admit fault of their mouse and will keep telling you to wipe the sensor. Do not buy from them, lowest of the low customer service experience. Edit: My order number is ATKGR37214
