Worst customer service I do not recommend
I don’t know what happened to this company. It was my first choice for wigs four years ago, and I was once very fond of their wigs. I bought a wig on sale and I was never able to wear it because it was clearly a reason why it was on sale. The top and the front was so thin that you could see the black tracks. It’s the first time I have ever turned down a wig immediately upon inspection. I contacted klaiyi and asked for assistance they gave me an email address of where to go to for assistance for a refund. The email address they gave me was not valid. It told me not able to be sent. I went back to Klaiyi several times and asked for assistance again and I have not gotten no response. It’s been over two weeks. At this point, all I wanted was a refund. I have screenshots of all the attempted messages and pictures of the wig. If anybody has any questions I used to say this was a five star company, but it seems to have now one star customer service I do not recommend.
