As of right now my debit card withdraw support says it's approved and sent on there end but I haven't received it in my bank the support keeps saying there contacting there financial department will update yall whether to us this site or not as of right now support is just giving me a complete runaround as of right now. Do not use this casino. I will update you if anything changes, but they say my redemption has been processed and I don’t see it on my end and support says they are going to reach out to their finance team and acting like that takes two days. Shouldn’t you be in pretty good contact with your finance team you’d imagine right they process all your payments. It shouldn’t take that long. You’d imagine right so as of right now, it’s a little scam. I’ll let you guys know. We’ll also keep updated on my Reddit.
