I received the wrong product - no help received.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. I received the wrong product. Undeniably. I had pictures. The seller gave me the run around. The dispute resolution team said "Unfortunately, the evidence provided is not valid enough to support your claim." And all of their correspondence is through their system which is not at all intuitive and doesn't go to your email. One of their service reps told me I need to check in more often so that I can reply more timely. Not user friendly. After this initial review they suggest I contact them through their system. Never. Cutting my losses and hopefully my experience will warn you off of them.
