What you are doing is a scam. It is malicious to sell unwearable products and then refuse to take responsibility
What exactly do you mean by "check your email for further information"?
I have repeatedly stated that I ordered the standard Size 4, and I have the email records to prove it. Is "check the information" your only response to that?
The core issue here—which you are completely ignoring—is that I explicitly ordered a standard Size 4, yet you took it upon yourself to change it to a custom-made order based on the measurements I provided only for reference. I have even attached the past emails where I clearly stated twice: "I will order Size 4."
Despite this, you continue to claim that because it was "custom-made," you will only offer a 30% refund. You changed my order to full custom without my consent, and as a result, I received a garment so small it would only fit a child 2 or 3 years younger. It was completely unwearable for the graduation ceremony, causing me immense loss and distress.
Do you really believe you can escape responsibility for this disaster with a mere 30% refund?
The point of contention is your unauthorized change of my order and the resulting incorrect sizing. I am waiting for a sincere response that addresses these specific points, not another generic template reply.

Ignoring a customer for over a month after taking their money, even though a problem has occurred, is malicious behavior!
First of all, why did you ignore my inquiries for more than a month, even though I contacted you many times?
I paid a lot of money for this order.
Did you think that as long as you received the money, you could just run away when a problem occurred?
You only sent me an email after I posted a review here, which is far too dishonest.
And I clearly requested size 4 twice.
After you asked for my daughter’s three measurements, I trusted the information you gave me—that “size 4 might be a little big”—and therefore I requested size 4 when I placed the order.
Even though I told you we were in a hurry, you did not start making the dress for a long time after the order. That is why I wrote, “Haven’t you started making it yet? Size 4 is fine, so please make it quickly.”
I emailed you twice—once at the time of ordering and once in the final message—saying “size 4, please.”
Have you not checked that? The proof is clearly there.
Despite ordering size 4, you made the dress based on the three measurements without my permission.
Or perhaps your statement—after seeing the measurements—that “size 4 would be so big it might need alterations” was simply wrong, or maybe you confused me with someone else.
The dress I received is clearly sized for a child 2–3 years younger than her actual age.
This is what you wrote in your reply to my previous review:
↓
“If you are planning to order a standard size, we recommend you order size 4. Please note that some of the measurements of this size are bigger than your actual measurements. However, you can go to your local tailor and ask them to alter it for you.”
See? I only answered because you asked for the measurements.
And after seeing them, you clearly told me that “even size 4 would be big.”
You also clearly said that if I wanted a standard size, I should buy size 4.
That is why I requested size 4 twice—clearly and without any doubt.
You say you will resolve the issue promptly if there was a mistake?
Then what kind of “problem on my side” did you imagine that justified ignoring me for over a month?

Stop this fraudulent behavior and remake it immediately.
You claim that "remakes are not possible for custom orders," but the facts suggest otherwise. I have clear evidence that you explicitly instructed me to "choose Size 4," stating it would be "slightly large and require minor adjustments." Based on your professional advice, I placed the order for Size 4 with a request to lengthen the hem.
However, the item I received was far from what was promised. It is too small even for a 4-year-old, let alone my 6-year-old daughter. The zipper won't even close. Furthermore, despite my order to lengthen the hem, the dress arrived shorter than knee-length.
I followed your specific sizing instructions, which turned out to be completely wrong. Selling a product that cannot be worn due to your own incorrect guidance and then refusing a remake is fraudulent behavior. My daughter was unable to wear this for her graduation ceremony, and I have paid a significant amount for a useless product.
I demand that you either remake the item correctly or provide a full refund immediately. Your lack of response is unprofessional and unacceptable.
The text below is the reply I received↓
「I hope you are having a great day. We have received your complaint, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We checked that you have ordered a custom-size dress and the dress has been made according to the measurements you offered, especially the dress length, we have also provided you the measuring pictures of your dress. In that case, we are afraid we cannot make you a new dress.」

This is fraudulent.
Before I placed my order, I received persistent, almost daily emails pushing me to buy. However, as soon as the item arrived and I requested a remake because the clothing was so incorrectly sized it’s unwearable, they went completely silent.
I ordered this outfit specifically for my child’s preschool graduation ceremony. It is so small that it’s impossible to wear, and they have completely ruined a special occasion. Despite this, they are trying to settle the matter with a measly 30% refund.
I have told them repeatedly that I don’t want a refund or a coupon—I just want the item remade correctly. Yet, they continue to ignore my messages. The support staff keeps making excuses to avoid responsibility, saying things like "We’ll email you within 24 hours" or "48 hours," or "This isn't the right department for inquiries." They have never once followed through on these promises.
This is a fraudulent group that sells unwearable clothes for a high price and then runs away from accountability. Everyone, please be extremely careful.
