I started this without any real expectations after doctor after doctor prescribed me antidepressants that had horrible side effects and withdrawals. I was never depressed....I was anxious, having horrible dreams and night terrors when I could sleep. The combo of ketamine and HRT was a total game changer for me in perimenopause. I could not get out of bed, function....things got better pretty fast. I am staying on the HRT, going to try giving thr ketamine a break and see how it goes (been using joyous for 2 years).
