My order was handled by Allen, Ordered a statue as a gift for someone and it arrived in perfect condition. Admittedly my order took longer than I thought it would have initially having placed it at the end of January, However this was due to a mix of holidays, And a failure on my part to follow-up on the order. I don't fault the company for the delay. They reached out several times to ensure things were fine. Support was flawless, And I would use this service again.
