Used pick up for my order due to foot…
Used pick up for my order due to foot injury. Of the items I ordered 2 not in stock. Got on app for same store I ordered from and found in stock 2 similar items for flank steak in stock and 4 items for blueberries I also tried to order. Thought this pick up order would be a great idea for someone who is no mobile at the time but found it frustrating that they couldn’t find items to replace out of stock items or just didn’t bother to look for them. I’ve had neighbors and friends who have had issues with pick up items being out of stock but they also found similar items on app that could have been substituted. Don’t feel I will be using this service ever again. When I called customer service number for Kroger they really couldn’t answer my questions so why have a customer service number listed on app that doesn’t help. I was told to call the location I ordered from with long period of time when asking a question. Do better Kroger.
