I was guided by 1024Proxy to purchase a proxy service, but the actual experience did not match what was implied. A key detail — that ASN selection is not guaranteed — was not clearly disclosed during the recommendation process. In reality, the allocation can be random, which led to a mismatch between expectation and actual service. When I raised the issue, support did not provide any effective help, and the responses felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a recommendation platform, there should be more transparency and responsibility when guiding users to purchase services.
