I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bellhop Moving. They moved me in back in February and caused a massive ~massive gouge in my hardwood floors right at the front entrance — the first thing you see when you walk in. What’s worse than the damage is how they handled it afterward. I’ve spent the last three months going back and forth with them, and it’s been nothing but delays, excuses, and runaround. At this point, it feels like they have no intention of taking responsibility or making it right. If you’re considering using them, just know that if something goes wrong, you may be stuck dealing with a frustrating claims process and zero accountability. Would not recommend at all.
