Returned drone per policy guidelines.
I ordered a drone and had problems understanding how to operate the device. I decided to return the drone and contacted Potensic. A representative sent a speedy reply and provided direction for the return. The return went smoothly. A representative replied to my follow up emails and sent confimation that the drone was recieved and a refund had been issued.
