Great experience overall. The yarn quality is very good, especially the cashmere, which feels soft and premium. Communication has been excellent — always responsive, kind, and available at any time, which makes the whole process much smoother. They are also open to feedback and willing to improve details such as fit and finishing, which is very important when developing products. I appreciate their flexibility and support, and I look forward to continuing the collaboration and developing future collections together.
