I needed a quick close and commercial (not residential) underwriting. We closed on time and the underwriting was a bit more than expected, but I do have a relatively complex organizational structure. Some last minute communication glitches as to who will need to sign or not, but the deal was done. Funding last day was not the quickest, but we made the deadline. Eric was good and texted me quickly.
