I went with AliDropship mainly because I wanted more control, not another "all-in-one" platform telling me how to run things. It felt a bit rough at first, but once I understood the workflow, it actually made sense. What surprised me is how predictable everything becomes over time. Product import → tweak → push live → test. No weird hidden steps or sudden paywalls popping up mid-process. I even messed up a couple of listings early on, and fixing them wasn't a headache. It's not the fastest way to get your first sale, but it feels more real. If you're okay building something step by step instead of expecting instant results, it's a pretty solid setup.
