I had a mixed experience with Ultimea. Initially, I received the wrong speakers, and the replacement process involved several delays and changes in information, which was frustrating and took more time than expected. Communication wasn’t always consistent, which added to the inconvenience. However, to their credit, the support team stayed responsive and eventually resolved the issue. They arranged for the correct D80 Boom to be shipped with priority and also provided a partial refund as compensation. In the end, the product works well and I’m satisfied with the final outcome, but the process to get there could definitely be improved. Overall, a challenging experience at first, but a fair resolution in the end.
