Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong, representatives kept saying that there was credit freeze. I checked all 4 credit bureaus and there were no freeze. They said that they would escalate the situation, but when I called today they gave me same reason why the loan had not been processed yet. Therefore, I asked Alejandro for a supervisor, he said he can only offer a cb, I refused and then I asked him to cancel my loan application request, he stated it maybe 30 days before I can get a notification. Keep in mind this guy kept interrupting me the whole time. I was calm, quiet but direct. Anyway, I have no idea how this company have been getting good reviews. I did some research on this company and there are a lot of lawsuits out there for various reasons. My advise to the consumer is to STOP and do not APPLY for a LOAN with this company.
