Encik Jihan of the Bandar Permas Jaya branch of MayBank ,in my over 40 yrs as a bank customer not only at home but also in the USA ,is the one bank officer I will always remember as being the kindest,sweetest and the most obliging bank staff for the reasons listed below To Whom It May Concern: 1. He attended to me on two separate visits with graciousness. 2. He apologized for my having to be third in line to be served.How many bank officers do that? 3. He went from one customer to the next without a pause but with a welcoming look. 4. He went the extra mile to exit his post when the Grab Car he had booked for me from his phone ( I had left my phone at home)arrived so he could see me safely into the cab.
