First Time Shopper - So Thrilled!
This was my first time ordering here. I bought like 50 something individual metal Italian charm bracelet charms to make bracelets for myself, my mom, and my sister, and I am SO HAPPY with everything! Shipping took a little over a week, and every single charm I ordered looks exactly like the picture. I also placed a separate order the next day for a plain Italian charm bracelet just in case I needed extra charms, and they combined the shipping and everything got delivered at the same time. I also sent them a message at one point as I was confused about shipping, and they got back to me right away and made sure I was all set. 10/10 experience, really pleased! Will definitely shop here again :D
