Do not use Rail Ninja
I booked DB tickets Berlin to Copenhagen 6 weeks before my travel on Rail Ninja and my credit card was charged immediately, 3 weeks later I receive notice that the tickets I booked were not available. Their replacements were not satisfactory so I went to the DB website and was able to book the original tickets I wanted for less money than Rail Ninja charged. Why did RN say they weren't available? Unfortunately, I must of accidentally accepted the RN's new tickets and now they will not refund my money. I learned an expensive lesson, the DB website is easy to use, cheaper and you get your tickets immediately, not 3 weeks later...maybe. RN may make sense in some cases but certainly not for booking in Germany.
