He should have told us upfront that would not be considered in the he Solar Panels on the roof, house water improvement system and the brand new (2025) windows and sliding back door would NOT be counted toward the value of house because they were not completely paid for at the time. The notes the assessment did call out all three items, the note that the VA does not count these items. Had those items had been brought to our attention before we got committed down the road on this, we would have doubted the original approximation of $440,000. That is our problem now, would have been good to no some of the foibles of VA system.
