Sava customer service has been great. I had to take my bike in to a local shop for tightening and a bent derailer hanger due to shipping and Sava customer service covered the costs and were ready to assist Once my Sava a7l pro was done with the shops I was ready to hit the road and the bike. is an eye catcher people have asked where i got it and were surprised when I told them about the specs and the price. The bike has exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to get another Sava bike when the time comes
