Creality sent me a product that was fundamentally defective and beyond repair despite being advertised as new. Their customer service is beyond reprehensible. They repeatedly attempted to coerce me to circumvent my buyer protections despite directly refuting their claim through PayPal's resolution center. Avoid this company at all costs. If you truly want a Creality product it is best to buy through a retailer and NOT directly from Creality. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in both quality assurance and customer service. They attempt to coerce buyers into revoking consumer protection rights and operate in bad faith negotiations.
