Trusted company and provided the payment for my gold. Advised that payments can take over an hour (which is understandable), however, as a company who has taken possession of my items - I should be provided accurate ETAs for when my funds should arrive. I should not have to chase every hour to find updates. Other than this, the customer service was polite and communicated as much as they could. Purchase price is good. I would recommend to other people for sure.
