My Experience with SwissHash / Hashlabs – I Would Not Recommend Them I have been a customer for approximately one year, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout my time with SwissHash, I have repeatedly experienced problems with invoices, including discrepancies that I have tried to clarify. Instead of receiving clear explanations and proper support, I have often found myself going back and forth between SwissHash and Hashlabs. SwissHash refers me to Hashlabs, while Hashlabs directs me back to SwissHash. As a customer, you end up feeling that nobody is willing to take responsibility for resolving your concerns. Communication and customer support have been another major source of frustration. Getting clear, straightforward answers to legitimate questions has been unnecessarily difficult. When you are paying for a hosting service, you should be able to expect transparent billing, reliable communication, and professional support. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the pressure over payments. I have been threatened with having invoices forwarded to Creditreform when a payment is just two days overdue, even though I have ongoing questions and unresolved concerns regarding the billing. After approximately one year of dealing with these problems, I deeply regret choosing this service. What should have been a straightforward business relationship has turned into a constant source of stress and frustration. My advice to anyone considering SwissHash or Hashlabs: do your research very carefully before committing. Read the contract thoroughly, keep copies of every invoice, and make sure you understand how electricity consumption is calculated and how billing disputes are handled. I am sharing my experience because I do not want other miners to end up in the same situation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their service. I sincerely wish I had known what I know today before getting involved. Please take this review seriously and do your due diligence before making a decision. I would not want anyone else to experience the same frustration.
