Trading Standards should shut this company down! Avoid.
I bought a light from this company in November. It arrived in February and didn’t look anything like the picture or description on the website. The quality is so bad, that it’s funny- the lampshade is not symmetrical, it came in 4 self-assembly components- all of which are faulty. I complained and asked to return/ refund. The company has sent me 21 emails back with excuses why it can’t be returned or refunded. Utter nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs!
