I purchased a single ebike rack
I purchased a single ebike rack. It arrived and seems fine so far. Included on the order was a hitch lock which did not arrive. I was notified that it was out of stock but would ship in April 2026. We are now starting June 2026. No lock. No notification. No communication to multiple messages. They do not provide a contact phone number so only recourse is via email . Really poor customer service. Think twice before ordering.
