The rating should be zero. Why is this service provider even allowed? I am in CBD, outdoors, and have no reception at all! It used to be just inside buildings but it has extended to anywhere with tall buildings around you?
I am currently in Hong Lim food centre and SIMBA could just barely take me to this site after 2-3 minutes including an initial failed attempt. SIMBA is so reliably bad indoors in the CBD area i can never get any signal in my office in Capitagreen. Changing for sure but I feel that this service is so poor it should not be allowed to operate.
It’s a pity zero star is not an option. SIMBA should not even be allowed to be a service provider with its consistently lousy reception. It is consistent though - I have never had any connection in my office in central Singapore.
