Payout delayed for 9+ business days - Only generic manager replies
I requested a $1500 payout from my Zero account (ID: ZEROQA20260721XXXX) back on July 27th. The status has been stuck on "Approved_for_pay" for over a week, meaning I passed all consistency and trading rules perfectly. When I escalated the issue to the Escalations Manager (Ferb), I was told that they cannot provide any exact date or timeframe (ETA) for when the funds will actually be sent. 9 business days of waiting without a clear processing date is unacceptable for a reputable prop firm. I need management to look into this and release my funds immediately.
