POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was given a 10% discount under WELCOME10. When I went to use the code I was only given 2%. Contacted Customer Service which was totally useless. Chatted with "Robert" who was the rudest CS person I ever dealt with. First said the new deal was the 2% - I just got the code! Then said it was good on my 2nd order. Then directed me to Walmart. I see a complaint on BBB with the same scenario. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - IF THEY'RE THAT BAD BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WHAT ARE THEY LIKE AFTERWARDS.
