There was contact with me from the moment they received the order. I hadn't sent a photo, because I thought it was to be inserted. They got in touch to make sure I sent one and they cropped it perfectly. I was so happy I received my item 2 minutes before my grandson's party. I had read 8-15 days and I'm sure they noticed his graduation date and did everything they could to get it to me on time. For shipping, we are on opposite coasts. I received it in 13 days even though I bet it's their busy season. The one thing I'd change is the background on the writing. In the photo it's over a tan background and easily readable. It really has a clear background and harder to read. We can put a solid color behind it. My grandson loved it. It will stand the test of time and be with him forever, unlike other possible less durable gifts.
