Very poor experience
Very poor experience. I placed an order on April 8, and shortly after was informed that one item was out of stock. I responded immediately with alternatives, but after that, communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear time constraints on my side, the order was never shipped, no tracking was provided, and no refund was issued. As of today, the status still shows ‘waiting to be sent.’ This reflects a serious lack of reliability and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
