Of the reviews I have read, I found the complaints were targeted to the application process. I did not have any problems, followed it step by step. Only had to call about 1 issue that was totally my misunderstanding. Very helpful customer service! My concern is when my MYga matures, will it be easy to either cash out or renew....very pleased otherwise.
