I ordered a beautiful dress for about $168 and paid $37 for premium shipping… on the website, it stated that it would take 12-15 business days for the dress to process, it has been nearly a month and i still have no tracking information. Everytime i contact the support team, they tell me little to no information about my package, and where it is, or how long it will take. Terrible customer service in every way possible, do not buy from this website.
