They deleted my account (with funds on it) after 30 days of inactivity, without sending me any email about account inactivity and account deletion. Nice way to scam people! I asked information to the customer support, they only replied "The account has been deleted without the possibility of recovery." EDIT: Fist of all, you said "We send an email before deleting the account, please check all your folders again, including the spam folder.", but you better check your logs, since no email was sent. I checked every folder: nothing. Secondly, it makes absolutely no sense to have TOS like yours. "The balance is a service credit, not a deposit". What nonsense is that? Do you see the absurdity of it? They're written in bad faith, that's what it is.
