I am a Level 5 Veteran with 517+ days of loyalty to the Xiaomi community, yet I am being treated like a criminal by their "Global Support" (Sun). The Support Failure: I have provided technical logs and specific error timestamps to Xiaomi Global Support (Ticket #0143013508). Instead of fixing the bug, "Sun" from support sends me copy-pasted templates about "security threats" and "hackers." They are intentionally ignoring a technical server-side issue.
