Concerned about mislabeled Product Received
I’m quite unhappy with my purchase from NutriEssential. I ordered DHEA 25mg, but the bottle I received has conflicting information—25mg on the front and 50mg on the back. This kind of labeling error is unacceptable, especially for supplements that affect health and hormones. This raises serious concerns about product quality and reliability. I would not feel safe taking this product and would not recommend it unless the company addresses this issue properly. ORDER #94257 UPDATE REVIEW: After further communication and clarification, I’ve received an explanation regarding the labeling. The manufacturer Life Extension has confirmed that the product was updated in March 2026: while the front label states 25 mg per capsule, the serving size is now 2 capsules, making it 50 mg per serving. They also confirmed that the item number, lot number, and expiry match their system records. However, they also noted that the seller I purchased from is not an authorized distributor, so they cannot fully verify the authenticity of the product. That said, because this is a hormone-related supplement and due to the uncertainty around the purchase source, I have decided not to proceed with taking it. Overall, I appreciate Nutressential that they took the time and effort to respond and address my concerns thoroughly. They did their best to clarify the situation and provide transparency.
