If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a football jersey. Showed up the wrong jersey. Filed a complaint and they agreed to resend. Never did. Gave me the runaround for months, kept my $ and never reshipped. Total Scam!! The seller gave me the runaround on purpose to get past the refund date, even though the item was already in dispute. So THIS IS A SCAM!!! The process DHgate replied with below isn’t available and they pretty much suck as an organization. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
