Lousy customer service, all words but no results
I bought an electric tricycle online that was delivered with minor damage to the parts. The assembly instructions do not match the bike very well but found a video online to assist. Motor worked for 1 day but then no, contacted customer service and spent over 2 months back and forth where they would send videos and instructions about the brakes despite me repeatedly saying the motor did not work. I finally took it to a local bike shop that found loose connections in the base where the battery connects. Banggood never offered to replace defective parts or a refund during this lengthy process, despite their online guarantee. Buyer beware!
