I'm trying to be a customer but they don't seem too concerned
I'm trying to be a customer but they're having technical problems which they don't seem too concerned about. I've tried to access their site on three different devices; 2 x iOS, plus a laptop, on three different browsers; Safari, Chrome, and Bing. I've also tried through various VPN's in the US and CA, as well as my home network. There is no way to reach their home page, and all they can come up with is to clear the cache and cookies, which also doesn't resolve the problem. I've given up putting any more of my time in trying to be their customer and am going to a competitor who I have no problem accessing their site, or any other competitors sites.
