Lucky to have Future Family in my support group during IVF
From the initial inquiry form to where I am currently for my first round of IVF, I've been impressed with the team at Future Family. Curtis, my finance coordinator, always picks up the phone and is happy to answer any questions I have. He is one of the reasons I chose Future Family for our fertility loan. Now that we've moved on to the clinical side, I'm grateful to have Rachel, a dedicated Future Family nurse, who has honestly become a lifeline for me during this emotional stage. She is very quick to respond to text messages and does not make me feel like a number at all. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest and fair with her responses and assessment of any data or concerns. Overall, with my incredible clinic, the team at Future Family, and our own family and friends, I feel confident that whatever happens, I had the best support group in place as we work toward fulfilling our dream of being parents.
