Very pleased with my Chandelier purchase from Litfad
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Litfad and am surprised and dismayed by the negative reviews and ratings. As the end consumer, I had questions for customer service that may not be necessary for a professional. They answered each question kindly and completely and even offered to customize the product (the Multiple-light Starburst hanging modern glass chandelier with 6 cognac bulbs) if necessary. Once it seemed everything had been figured out, I placed my order. It seemed I was ordering directly from the factory in China, so it was no surprise this would take some time, though it came sooner than I expected. The packaging was excellent: a box in a box in a wooden crate. Parts were numbered to make assembly straightforward, and the chandelier looks fantastic! I truly love it and would happily buy from Litfad again
