I placed an order for the Hexcal Heavy Duty monitor arm but there was a misshap and they shipped me a standard single monitor arm. I reached out to support via email and they replied VERY quickly stating they would send the correct product. I've never gotten a customer service response by a real person this fast before. The issue was resolved and I appreciate the team.
