Highly recommended! We hardly ever fly, and now we had to wait over 3.5 hours at Schiphol for a British Airways flight of less than an hour. And on top of that, we flew to a different airport in London. When filling in all the details for click2refund, I was a bit skeptical. We had to enter quite a lot of information, and I wasn't even sure if we qualified. But now, about 4 months later, it turned out to be more than worth it.
